The Hamsas of Munkatch Design Studio calendar is always evolving with various commitments, and each commission is unique, so we cannot provide a standard timeline for custom work. However, after your initial email, Channan Tzvi (Kenny) will respond to discuss the best options for proceeding.

• We offer a curated selection of items available for wholesale on Faire.com. Since many of our products are thoughtfully handcrafted, availability may be limited, with some items being unique or produced in small quantities.

• For inquiries about wholesale pricing on original artwork from Hamsas of Munkatch for your store or gallery, reach out to us at orders@jewishjoy.co. Please include a list of the items you're interested in purchasing.

USA | Shipping Rates

We offer complimentary shipping within the continental United States on orders over $100. For orders below this amount, a $7 shipping fee will be applied to your invoice.

CANADA | Shipping Rates

We offer complimentary shipping to Canada on orders over $225 CAD. For orders below this amount, a $45 CAD shipping fee will be applied to your invoice.

We take great care in packaging all items with premium shipping materials. However, if an item arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at orders@jewishjoy.co. For a quicker resolution, include photos of both the product and packaging in the condition they arrived.

Please note, many of our items are handmade or vintage, which may result in minor imperfections. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference regarding the condition of reclaimed materials or the unique characteristics of handmade pieces. Please review the product imagery and description carefully before making a purchase.

We make every effort to prevent the need for replacements, but in the event of a shipping incident that causes damage, please note that due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of most of our artisan pieces, we may not have an exact match available.
