  • We take great care in packaging all items with premium shipping materials. However, if an item arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at orders@jewishjoy.co. For a quicker resolution, include photos of both the product and packaging in the condition they arrived.

We offer complimentary shipping within the continental United States on orders over $100. For orders below this amount, a $7 shipping fee will be applied to your invoice. 


CANADA | Shipping Rates

We offer complimentary shipping to Canada on orders over $225 CAD. For orders below this amount, a $45 CAD shipping fee will be applied to your invoice.
