Tissue Box | Acrylic
Do you want to own a piece of decor that will make memories for your family? This is it!
It may be a bit unusual for some people, but Chanan Tzvi (Kenny), the artist behind Hamsas of Munkatch, fondly remembers the tissue boxes that both of his grandmothers had in their homes.
- Nana Rena in California had elegant thick lucite boxes in many of her rooms.
- Bubbie Ida in Connecticut had a lace and fabric covered tissue box in one bathroom and a glass box with a very heavy removable metal ring that sat in another room.
Combining a core memory of his with a passion for seeing Judaica in commonplace items around the home, resulted in this tissue box series.
This acrylic box is the base for a dynamic Judaica display of layered metal Hamsa, Evil Eye, and Star of David charms (that promote protection and prosperity). All have been sealed in a resin coating.
Welcome this unique 1 of 1 statement display piece to your home today!
